some legend armour and helmet are better than mythic charged why

i have some legend of helmet and armor which is beeter than alll thee mythics... one is tarlok wrapeed helmed and anothr is tarlok of potency whyyy

Because ur mythic didnt upgraded :)
Upgraded mythic is better than tarlok potency but takes a big cost compared to tarlok.
