Its a Bug in Big Luck hat I understand its new look. Same one as 2013, 2012 hat said Greatly improved rerroll chances.

Developers should tweak the Lucky hat like they did To Napalm Carbines.

Very agreed Its more than just me mainly everyone who bought Lucky hat is experiencing rerolls rarely

Alot of players been saying the New Luck hat isnt reroll for simple fact they are farmers.
