or

Arcane Shard + 150 teeth = arcane ring

also the recipe only can make one ring or can make as many ..??

You need more than the shard and recipe.

If I gave you some rice and a recipe...you can't make anything besides rice.

How does a recipe + shard = new item even make sense to you guys? lol

Recipe =/= ingredient.

Remember Tarlok gems? You needed two other things to combine USING the recipe.

Anyway...to make the ring, you need to get the recipe. Then it will tell you the ingredients that you need.
Those ingredients are the arcane shard and some essences.

Tradeable Arcane Shards will be found very rarely from Locked Grand Crates of the Watch. You can use a special recipe to combine Arcane Shards with essences to create the new Arcane Ring: Rendtail's Dragonstone.
