tired writing of long-topic-thread in General Discussion, and after i hit post thread, theres pop up said that i need to wait for mod accepting my thread. That is how this forum work?

not for me @@ maybe u did something wrong and got an infraction...thats y mods want to check which threads ur makin

If a new user posts with a link or image or video then it goes into moderation for approval. This is how we prevent spammers from making a new account and posting spam right away to our forum. Don't worry, the posts get checked usually pretty quickly (depending on what time of day you post).
