Starting At Higher Map Level

I'm a newb, levl 14 on two different characters. I have a question about starting on a different World Level than 1. When I pull up the World, it states I've done 11/19 Forest Haven. How do I start on level 12 rather than having to go through 1-11 to get there again?

At the bottom left hand corner of the world map are some buttons that say "join" and "host" game. If you click the "join game" button, you can search for various "levels" that are currently open and can hop into them if allowable. The 11/19 doesn't mean level 11, it means you've completed 11 of 19 quests.

You should also be able to go to the quest screen and click the "go to" button on the bottom right of the quest screen, once you've selected the quest you want to complete.
