Medium luck?

I saw people with medium luck(smaller than big and bigger than small obviously). Can anyone tell me how to get one of those thx :)

Past big luck events, the ones you see now, big hats are the current big luck event hats, the others aren't available

Is that a female character who used "medium luck"? Big luck in female version was smaller than a male version

Females have smaller "Big Luck 2014" Hats

Otherwise, there is also "Bigger Luck" and "Big Luck" and "Little Luck", but that's for the past years.
