I have seen a good amount of the new shields which are comparable to the pavise but where's the replacement for my Dev Maul or Entombed? I'm guessing this may be an elite drop but I figured we would see something of an upgrade from lockeds at lvl 41. Anyone seen anything with better damage (not dps) than dev maul or entombed warfare in the new legendary loot table? I would like an upgrade whilst I continue my adventure for an Arcane Maul!

From what I saw, I believe Nordr will be scaled to level 40 but maybe this was just a bug. This is when elites were still available by using a quest like juggernaught to get to elite nordr. So I would expect to see a level 40 entombed hammer and level 40 architect blade.

If they follow the pattern set up last season, then Nordr will not scale and only Shuyal will scale to 40. Remember last season that Kraken did not scale to 35 and only Nordr did. The new patern is for them to only scale each campaign once.
I believe you can get L35 krsken gear from bael/krunch ii
