I can't lvl up from 36

Hello,

I can't lvl my character from 36 lvl. On any map I go it's says no xp, that slided circle with xp in it.
Can I get some help from any moderator in the game?
I played these days in vain. When I asked other players why I can't gain xp they said I'm not on the right map for lvling up.

Please help!

Go to shuyal or the new maps also check under options/social and see if disable xp gain was checked if so uncheck it im not a dev or mod but i have in game experience hope this helps you!
