I'm gonna stick to my old Wraith; this cyber void doesn't have the flashy sparkle like set bonus but glowy hands with a bit more armor. My set bonus actually drops as you can see in the 2 pictures.

Why do we always get these long quests with rewards at the end that are worse than the best stuff available for that level? Now this quest thing goes to the back burner as everyone will still be farming for the better stuff because of the set bonus. Make these long quests worth it.

actually, i think the devs did this to motivate people to kill bosses. I bet now, there have been 10 OL helm drops and at least one of each big three body. And wait, isnt the cyber better??

I see the cyber void going well for other gear like talon or bow with the extra armor but for megablaster I'm sticking with old Wraith for set bonus.

Hmm did you try other void items with it to see if maybe there's a different set bonus? like maybe wing and talon? Or OL helm?

Just tried it with other combinations such as bow, void w/wing comparing the stats of Wraith and cyber of course there is no set bonus and the only difference that I saw is more armor on the cyber as provided in the posted pic comparison with 2 armor more.

Well that makes it utterly useless. I hope the cosmos robe is more promising (since no one uses the bonus set anyway)

If you don't have the best stuff your motivation to kill bosses is to get the best stuff. I got 3 of the 4 from bosses, now the rift armor awaits. So I start the quest, probably get it before reaching 100 kills, and then the quest armor is useless and untradeable?

Hopefully they make it up and do something like a complete cyber set which would make it an elite quest worth trying for to show off an awesome achievement.

But for anybody who doesn't use a Megablaster or for when Void set users use other weapons, it is better. :)

Going to point this out. It's being said that this is a LONG quest with a reward that isn't better than the current gears. For a long quest how many people have completed it ALREADY? But then for the rest of the just-a-little-bit-better gears, you hear people talking about how they have farmed for a week or two and haven't managed to get a thing. Basically it takes less time to get the quest gear than most of the other gears (Megablaster, void pieces, etc.). Problem isn't that the quest isn't worth the reward, it's people wanting pretty much handouts.

I just started playing again and I haven't gotten my hands on the precious wraith armor. I would guess that by the time I'm finished with the quest, none of the big 3, useable weapons or set helmets will have dropped. Killing Keeper 100 times isn't that much when you're farming. Then, being sure of getting a reward that's fair compared to the time spent getting it, it's actually quite nice. Still getting a good amount of gold from the mobs anyway. AND, collecting tokens doesn't mean the boss won't drop his regular loot.

Haha thanks. Yeah, someone pointed that out. I never really look at the items when I pick up a quest. And this is the first time in a long time a quest item has been of any interest to me.

Erm quick question: If you wore 3 Pieces of Void it will give you the bonus stats but if you wore Cyber Helm and Body with mega blaster does it apply to it too?

I don't have the set bonus even with the new helm so i'm guessing there might be a good chance of a cyber megablaster to complete the cyber set.

well yeah... that's up to the devs since 2 of the cyber pieces are already here, but i'm just gonna stick to my old wraith as the stats are still better and megablasters are already dropping in price even though we don't see a cyber wep yet.

my opinion the cybers look so bad and are not a set like void, rift and cosmos

totally worthless but really good for the people who don't have enough gold to get those sets

Cyber does have a secret buffer though. I will post it once I find the post that Cinco was talking about it with.

I'm pretty sure that gurg and Ol drops 1 totem/shard while keeper has a chance of dropping 2 which is why a lot of ppl atm are doing keeper runs.

Cyber Armor has a hidden buff that gives you +25 Health and +25 Mana.

The armor looks great with the upcoming 'Cyber Skull' helmet... which adds glowing eyes... and should be available tomorrow.

(But it sounds like if the items are not surprising new appearances - I should not make them available?)

I like it that the original are still better. No offense here, im guessing a lot a players who spend 1+ mil for their mega/helm/armor would be kinda pissed if queat itens are better. Well i personally would consider quitting this game if i just wasted months of farming for my void set.

Well isn't it better as long as you're not using the set bonus? (ie. Keeper staff, eye/wand, sunblessed bow, talon/wing, and whatever bears use besides full rift)?

Cyber megablaster looks hot; comparing the wraith and cyber seems like cyber has slightly more armor, dps, damage, but with less hit%, regen, and crit.
