I think that the game would be better playing the game rather than working with small controls on a cramped screen. It will be really helpful if you are range attacking and trying to escape. Nothing special, just make it that the auto mode won't turn off if you move.

i agree, auto attack but with the ability to move/circle the enemy/flee would be great

If you're working on Auto Attack for 1.2, please consider this:

We need an easy way to change our target one we're locked on. Whether its because we're locked onto a chest, the wrong monster, or a monster way far away (when others are much, much closer) this would be strategically huge. Often while partying we approach a mob, only to find out we lock onto 5 different targets. To be able to tap the button again to switch to the next target, or to have another button to do this would be great.

You guys are so on top of it! I've been mulling over the functionality of auto attack for about a week and half, and there you guys are, already handling it :)
Being able to keep auto attack on and freely move around, and no longer using it to approach mobs would be fantastic. If you guys could find a way to have swords swing instantly on the first swing in the same way ranged weapons fire instantly on the first attack, that would just be the crème de la crème.

Actually you can tap on your target (or tap your self to cancel target). It is just that it is not *that* easy to do in the midst of battle.
