Aside from jewelry? I mean you look in auction and all you see is locked best gear. Only non lock stuff I see from 37 to 40 is jewelry. No armor no weapons. Not all this stuff can be elite release only right?
It's starting to look like banded chests at lvl17-19. All you get is jewelry. Very very rarely do you get armor in those chests. I've opened hundreds upon hundreds on my twink and never get a pvp 18/19 weapon at lvl 19.
Are the new chests going this way as well? Everything mid lvl will be only jewelry or locked gear? Upper lvl will all be elite drops or lock gear? Where's the variation in that?
