Looks pretty cool, way better than jacobs or overlords.
The first that got the helm should be Oldgveteran and Goliath, who got it at the same time.
The skull have 1 more armor than jacob or ol void, and does not make a set with anything

And as we can see, the new helm is just a blue version of red bone helm, but with shinny eyes. This should also be the case for rift and cosmos(I'd assume it to be very ugly).

Gut feeling is a few days, before all the holiday content they'd probably release all cyber content first. Idk, just a guess.
