Game's big bug: Mythic helm upgrade problem!

Hi all, yesterday I finished the shard fragment quest 16/16, when I was turning in the quest to the blacksmith, my helm was in gem stocket upgrading process. When it is finished, it turned out to be the same lvl as before ---the level 26. It did not upgrade at all. I could not go back to the quest again. I think this is one of the biggest and newest bug in game. Wondering if anyone has solution for this issue. Please help me out here. My player's name is Lizzzzzzzz

Not new.. The quest is supposed to be turned it with the corresponding myth item.
