The Platinum sale has ended.
Big Lucky Hat 2014 is no longer available from The Store.
All Little Lucky Hat 2014 have been removed from the game.

It doesn't a percentage about how much luck. it has a CHANCE to give a better loot.
But if it did have a percentage it would have more than 2013 one.
2013 had about 20-30 so 2014 should have around 35-40 if it DID have a percentage.

It does have a percentage, I would have to dig up Sam's comment but in short he said that 2012 had 17% and 2013 was 'slightly' higher.
Not as high as 30

They seem to be bringing AL in here, but in AL if you bought the bigger one you could keep the small one. Thats the valentine one tho, I don't have any idea if they did this on St. Patrick too.
