Ive sent one before and got a same day response it depends if their busy atm. If you sent it on the weekend there will be a backlog as they dont work weekends :)

Ismael, I didn't see a support ticket from the email that you used to create your forum account. If you sent a txt message, that wouldn't work. You need to send an email to support@spacetimestudios.com
