Hi!
I'm a level 22 Rouge
and I would like to ask what is the best bow and armour for my level
(currently using Devourer bow of brutality and armour set)
reason is I feel weak or others is just more painful

are you planning to level up?
if yes dont buy anything go to wt4 you will cap in max 2 days.

If lvling then buy stuff after 5 levels...for example...lvl 27 bow...then lvl 32 and so on...dnt waste gold on all the lvl items :D

coming frog rouge expert follow this because im a warrior lol.
warrior you can buy every 10 levels. but when u level on the way you also get pinks drop from normal chest.

L23 Sinister Bow (Brutality)
L20 Tarloks Helm (Pot)
L23 Conquistador armor(Pot)
L21 Power ring of brut (cheap)
L21 Swirling amu (Pot) (also cheap)
Charged auto>aimed>nox>shadow pierce>charged packs. Try joining big guilds or guilds with skilled ppl. GL
