How about making a team who's sole purpose is NOT farming yourself to death? Recently I have found the awesomeness of having a empty town map to yourself and buddies, chatting it up. while it will be arranged to make farming parties, the other half of it is to just sit back in maybe a empty ursan weld and chillaxe (if you can get an empty balefort when in need of a town, free pink on the spot lol)
not officially making this team until guilds in game, but would be awesome :D
