I want to make some recordings in my screen for that Community Guikd contest ....but every recorder lags for me or else idk about those settings in it bitrate/framerate etc.., dont know about them

someone couldbsuggest me a app with its config for records without lags?

I think there is some on Google Play,but you gotta buy it...
You have few minutes to test it.
