Who do I need to contact about a platinum purchase I made on 3/23? The money was taken out of my account within seconds yet I still haven't received my platinum.

I had the same thing happen to me too, yesterday. I contacted support from this page https://spacetimestudios.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new and they said they saw I was not credited, and put the platinum in my account this morning.
