bug: devourer bow shoots arrow from foot

The arrow animation from my devourer bow of potency (lvl36) shoots an arrow from my foot, or at least any position than my bow.

Shhhh, this is the best bug that's gone unnoticed for an entire season! It puts the definition of "kick" butt into perspective haha!

Just pretend it's a magical bow that shoots underground xD
