I'm thinking bout making a dex/str Mage cuz int seems useless what do u think? But I was wondering if int increased skill damage or if only your damage increases skill damage

Int increases mana, skill damage, mana regen, drain power, and heal. What level are you currently?

50 I'm currently full int but my friend told me dex/str is better cuz more damage and health
But if I did dex/str would that hurt my skill damage?

I have a Mage and it seems like dex gives more dps and damage than int. But what stat gives more skill damage for Mage int or dex and is it a notable difference ? Thanks

I think for 50 mage, use dex/int for Sentinel Shotty set.

If you can afford a Rift Sword and Shield set, get that and go int/str. It gives great hit% and int gives more damage than dex. Dex gives hit% and crit/a bit of damage, but the crit is useless because mages have a great crit buff. That's if you're really wanting to be str. I honestly would say stick to full int.

If you don't have INT then yes, your main (and probably most important) loss is spell power.

However the damage of your weapons will increase very slightly... but that's useless.
