I tried googling the meaning and it gave different results:
"Hit me up" - Hey it's me Jill! I'm kinda confused as to where the party would be this evening. Can ya HMU before you leave so I can share a ride with you?
"Hit my uterus" - Oh Alfred this beat is sick! You mind grabbin a drink for me and afterwards HMU?
"Hold my unicorn" - Just a sec I gotta time my shoe, can you HMU?
After an hour of deliberation, I really think the third result gets this one fosho' :)

HMU: "Hold My Underwear"
Occasion: Usually used when changing equips.
How: A player will ask his friends or guild mates to help him hold his underwear while, naked, he searches for a clean one.
