The community is fine IMO. Much like the rest of the level brackets you deal with the same people; you'll have those you call friends, those you never remember, and those who just hate you just because. :) it's all a matter of perspective and whether or not you enjoy being a level 23 bird. I like the idea of what you're trying to to do!

Birds aren't the best but you could try it. People that play 20-30 are fine, just a few egos and rushers here and there.
