Choppy play with freezing

Has anyone noticed since new expansion that play freezes frequently? Many times this may be contributed to internet, however, my ping less than 100 but still occurs. Is this related to game server?

I'm having the same problem. Which device are you using? Using a GT-i9500 and I just did a factory reset too. My toon just keeps running in one direction at times and/or the screen gets really choppy, just like you said.

Hey, I use an ipad2. I don't have the problem of running in one direction. But will suddenly be unable to use skills and screen freezes. Others playing have complained of the same.

Yes, my problem is in WT4 - after recovering from a ping spike of red to green, I find after ping goes back to green that I can use my skills, potions, and pet properly but cannot move after I run into a wall in the narrow corridors - I am literally glued to the wall despite green ping while still experiencing the details described above.

I use an iPad 3 with iOS 7.1. This problem stared happening after the new expansion too.

Usually I can run but I cannot use any skills. It's almost like lag, only it's lag of a skill cooldown, except the skill takes much longer than a normal cooldown and I cannot use any skills while this is occurring. I can use my pet, but that's it.

I too have these two problems. Sometimes my controller stuck I can't move by using it. I have to restart the map to solve but in places like kraken mines and lost mage mine, this is really a big problem as we can't enter them by using map and sometimes my skills won't work, i mean they just struck. There is no lag. I checked my ping it's around 250 which is my normal one and my device is GT-I9082

A solution to fix the problem in Kraken Mines and Lost Mage Mine:
Be naked and call your friend to pull those mobs to kill you so you can move again..

^not really a solution but a workaround. A proper fix should be done :/

I play on PC chrome and i have experienced the following, i don't think it's due lag:

1. My toon stops moving. I can pot use skills per nor move around.
2. Members of my party vanish. I can see their pets but i can see them.
3. Members of my party fighting the air then they are suddenly transported forward to the enemy location.

It's not that problem. The joystick doesn't move at all
