Mythic Quest

When doing the mythic quest for the helm do you also have to be wearing the armor to be able to pick up the shards or can we just wear the helm and no armor? (I am upgrading my armor atm)

You dont have to wear the helm, it can be in inventory or stash and you still get the pieces, just dont trade or sell it :)

But remember to wear myths then you return quest.
