In my collecting I've noticed the tribal staff of force from the bundle pack has the highest dps of any non mythic/arcane weapon for Mage. Its got low damage and really high dps. Check the stat difference between expedition rifle and tribal staff both level 41:
Expedition rifle of assault-503 damage, 566 dps
Tribal staff of force-412 damage, 747 dps
All my other equip stayed the same. I know dps is rather useless for a Mage but anyone looking for the highest dps legendary weapon here it is.
