Very possible, I figure my ratio of plat issues is 1 out of 8 or so

It can take up to 1-2 days to receive. Had that happen to me before. Just be patient.

That's true. I emailed them in the morning, they've emailed back to me and received my plats in the evening. They're very nice about it :)
