Clear application cache from settings, retry. Try logging in and out of google+ too. If it comes to it, re-install the app. For the contest picture, just go take it on another device until your problem is resolved.

Nothing happen still same mesege keep show up... already clear cache,try login and logout,and last I try to re-install ...

I just did something (dont know what) to my password and account and tada it worked again. So I cant really help.
