Here we are at it again folks.

I want to ressurect from the tomb the ol' good idea of interactive levels and maybe, why not, giving some inspiration to our devs, in order for them to have ready-to-implement and valid ideas to add in-game.

1. Random generated levels (like Diablo 1, makes them really re-playable, apart from certain bosses rooms or script heavy ones which needs to be in a certain way)

2. Moving parts of the scenary that don't interact with the players (Do you remember the tour through City 17? With all the hanging cells? Well add that to Captive Audience and you get the idea) - This is just cosmetic change but good for the eyes.

3. Interactive parts of the levels (like the fire traps in the goblin stronghold).

I think the already present levels have to be re-done (to a certain level) with these suggestions inside (just the random point would make them replayable, but all them togheter would be awesome).

Add other points that fullfill your wishes to this list.

What about puzzle levels? You have to clear certain corridors before others will open. Maybe have levers in rooms and only the right combination will open certain areas. This would make the revive skill very important as players could be locked out.

This way you could leave last levels (the boss brawls ones) in order to give casual players still a way to just mindless kill. :)
