My lepercon pendent gives me rerole but it is common items and i do not get locked with it any more i bought it with platnum from space time not from the market and it worked perfect till recently while i was given ultimatum on selling it or being hacked. I left and reported them but does not change that my lepr pend doesn't work any more.

Lepre cant "broke". Just bad luck.

Trade it, sell it, buy it for 150 plat, it won't make a difference.

In some cases, I noticed players are actually picking up coincidently a common item right after an announced reroll. But even at that, you do get a chance for rare, epic or legendary items. You can't expect continuous loot everyday.

Once in a while, I get 1 hour elixir + Lep Amulet. Sometimes I hit the jackpot, and sometimes I get 3 locked in one hour.

It's pure luck.
