Bear is a tank? Mages can heal and revive and kill fast? For PvE I guess either is good but I wanna know the best

Also if you have time put your skill list (and skill level ex. Thorn wall Lev 9/9)

U didn't say what lev so can't tell you what skills at what lev, but I'd say go Mage.
Rarely will a Mage get booted if ever, and you will never have to know the frustration of being a good tank and then having a scatterbear screw your pug.

Not true. My mage can solo Humania.
