So I need to back up my iPod in order to get the newest version for it (and because it's a smart thing to do) but when I try to do it, a message that says, "iTunes could not back up your device because the backup could not be saved to the computer," comes up.
I have tried all the things on apples website, which include deleting my original backup, trying on multiple computers, restarting the computer, create a new user and try it on that user, back it up both manually and automatically, and turn on and off the device.
None of these things have worked, so before I heAd to the apple store, I'd like to see if anyone here had any suggestions or has encountered the same problem.
