load out

OK I'm having trouble saving my load outs. When I set my gear and save it I swap back to my Int gear and go about my way. Well when i want to swap to my str gear I hit the button and there great loads all but my helmet. Any help would be nice and I'm dual mage spec 126 str 127 int. Also the helmet meets my stats to equip it no other boosting of stats needed.

Which helmet are you talking about? A lower level pink one?

Might just be some error with you saving the loadout or such, happened to me loads of times.

Yeah its a low level pink like lvl 30.

I have no idea why its not working for you aside from careless errors. Haven't had any technical problems with it at all. At most its the stat build that gets confusing. :)

Try again but slower this time?
