just seen a guild that is hosting "stakes", means they gamble with others for gold, I told them it's against the rules, but they seem to think that this is "legit".
gambling is against the rules isn't it?

As Apollo once said, the entire game is a gamble. With spending money on elixirs and luck pots hoping to get some loot - all a gamble.

There is a gambling system, Loot lol. In al they also have a gambling system, locked crates.

I don't know if there's anything in TOS that's against that, or not. It sounds like that kind of gambling wouldn't be allowed, but I don't know.

people have to make a L1 bear, and they will have to do an auto attack gamble in pvp, person that kills first wins the bet, however i find this a scam, because the host receives the money first, then if the host loses, he can prolly mute the person and walk away with his gold, also people who are "new" to this game, might not be aware that L1 chars can use premium gear, and weapons that are bought from the plat store.

Never tought of that. (as to related to in-game gold gambling)

3: see how much brain damage they have by getting them to bet on random event.
