My Mythic Bug Problem

hello STS , i ve sent 2 mails about my mythic bug problem to STS , but still nobody reply me to fix it .the problem is ； i did my mythic quest then i went to meet jerril in city of kelys to upgrade my 26 lvl mythic set , i forgot to stash in my helm then my armor has been upgraded to 36 lvl but helm hasnt upgraded so i cant do the same quest again thats why i need STS to solve my bug problem, i sent 2 mails but still nobody reply , pls help me with it , sorry my bad english explanation :) thanks in advance
