Difficulty loading AL

For the last 2 hours I have been trying to run AL but everytime I keep getting the same message "Failed to connect to Arcane Legends game servers. Please check your internet connection". The internet is working just fine which I verified using other apps. I tried running it on other device as well but I got the same message. Could anyone please shed some light on what the problem could be. Any help is appreciated.

Try un-installing and re-installing the game

Try to restart your device, connect and re-connect with your Internet, try another Internet source to pinpoint if it's your wi fi itself,
Try to connect in a different area. Restart your Internet.

Or yes, install and reinstall the app.
