and the problem is not

First of all, I would like to ask, are you banned? this "resolved" status is usually done when sts blocks your email. I've had a few friends that got this problem because they're banned, I suggest you use another email to email them. Good luck.

Your not doing yourself any favours by publicising you were banned becasue the devs can check and re ban and I'm pretty sure a dev locked you thread before becasue you were talking about your ban again

JustG replied directly to you yesterday. If I were you I would stop bugging them, and quietly move on happy that they don't ban your new acc and or your forum acc.
What he said here seems very clear;
We don't ban "for no reason". Ever.

We have rules that you have to adhere to. If you break them, you can't play.

We moderate the forums because we like to hang out and talk with the people that can offer constructive criticism without causing drama.

We very much appreciate those that can. For those that can't, you are welcome to still lurk
