Auction slots not added after purchased using story token

Hi,

Pls help to resolve the issue or bug. I had purchased additional auction slots for lvl38 warrior skaiemadness and lvl 5 Mage Artsofnoise but it was not added to my account. Please help to review. Thanks in advance :)

Do you have an auction slot 'item' in your item area (like where crates and eggs are)? If so, need to click on it to get the stash slots. You can also stash it and to give to another character.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Is my bad, I didn't know it works that way. Yes, there is an item "5 auctions slots " in my inventory. Thank you so much for your help, greatly appreciated it.
