Set bonus on cyber void

Finally got the set on cyber void, trying to figure out set bonus. So far:

+2% hit
+9-+9 damage
+3 armor

Also seems to have same proc as mb

Any additions?

Btw what's with the shield I saw someone wearing that must have been a cyber shield? Does that mean the rift has an extra quest?
