hi, every time i log in game. it says: Authentication Failure "Specified Password is incorrect." i tried reseting my password but it still do the same. please help. thank you.

You MUST be typing it incorrectly. Make sure you're not using caps or capitalizing letters that shouldn't be capital. Also, make sure your e mail is written correctly.
