I got the christmas quest to kill 15 bosses. Went right to AO3 (pyramid) and killed Keeper, no quest item.
Where should I be going?

Have you tried ao2? I noticed this too when I got 25 shards for cyber but not 1 present.

I have tried keeper a few times as well, no luck either. But I got presents from these bosses so far:
- the boss in ao2 part 2
- t'paxx in captive audience
- Sobek in ao1 part 4
