What is the difference of a duel spec mage and a paladin?

Dual spec allows you to equipt two top gears of your choice without the need to respec. You are balanced in both gears.
Pallys are generally more str orientated. They will put 158(+) into str and add just a little into int for AoE and m/s. Your basicly a a partial tank with damage. Or a balanced bear.
