Platinum First Buying Bug (Devs Please Check This Out)

Ok so, on my lvl 23 warrior account I was gonna buy platinum but, when im on pc and on the account it doesnt show me the First time buyer thing, but when im on phone or tablet it shows me the First time platinum buyer things, but I always buy from my pc, idk whats wrong..I havent bought plat on that account before, :/ Thanks!

Well I don't have any suggestions but I can confirm that it didn't show that special one-time offer for any of my new acc's either. Buying through phone usually takes longer but I guess if it's just for the first time purchase it's alright.

It worked when i used pc to buy platinum on my other account, but on my new account it doesnt show the first time buyer thing :(
