I have played a fee multiplayer games and it frustrates me when someone uses the word noob to insult someone when they have no clue what the word means.

My understanding of Noob is a new players, I find people insulting people when the are in fact lower then the person the are insulting.

Although I heard there's two meaning one that is insulting not sure what that one is but I posted this forum to see people who are frustrated when others call you noob.

Black ops because I find it low on black if your on mw2 that's alright because everyone does it, yet I don't enjoy noob tubers and the person who called you are noob used it in the wrong content in my theory. Btw what console you have I got ps3.

Newb = a new player bereft of skills, knowledge of the game.

Noob/Nub = a player bereft of skills and knowledge of the game.

Though the terms are quite interchangeable these days and you have to infer which type the poster is referring to by the rest of their message.

Ik they obvious dont make sense sometimes, and they are probably noobs themselves it's just I find it strange especially when high lvls say it to other member in the party.

I agree arterra that they most gtfo or learn what they are saying.
