Thats not a glitch, enemies scale to the highest level of the person in your party.
This is why there is a level block for elites, you should not have been running there, LOL.

No, I realized I was running elite I thought I was running regular maps.

Ahhh..but elites aren't a glitch bro, they are difficult, give green loots and get tremendously boring after the first 3 runs.
The glitch I believe he is talking about is being lvl 27 and being able to enter elite map.

Those maps are supposed to only be capped at lvl 27 (meaning, the monsters only go up to being lvl 27 elites)--but not entered by a lvl 27.

You guys missunderstood something, the loot in the lower Elites are scaled different (to 27) than the newish-er Elites like Tindrin,
from the official thread:
Capped Elite Zones:
Not all Elite maps have been scaled to the newer levels. The loot for these capped zones only go so high, so current players will want to spend time in Nordr, Shuyal and Tindirin to get loot for higher levels, and Tindirin for the current best.
Brackenridge Caps at level 27
Rooks Nest Caps at level 27
Dead City Caps at level 32
Kraken Isles Caps at level 37
Nordr, Shuyal, and Tindirin all accommodate the current level cap

I don't know why that would be considered a glitch. There is no reason why a level 27 player should not be able to enter an elite dungeon that is scaled to 27. This game should be enjoyed by more than just end game players. As we continue to level up to higher levels, it is going to take more and more time for a new player to reach end game and they should not have to play for months before they can experience an elite dungeon. Each dungeon should be able to be played by players who are at that level or higher.

This is a glitch that appeared last season and has to do with join button issues. This has been used a lot by people sneaking into arena at lower levels. However, because it "can" be done, does not mean it "should".
Low levels on elites mean the mob levels go even more haywire than they do when playing cross-levels on normal maps. Pretty much a death-fest waiting to happen. Yes, occasionally they will be light, but most of the time, they will be much stronger.

Well it's really annoying when a low level waltzs in arena and messes up the fight. Other than that, I haven't really had any problems with it.

Read the cap marks of each lvl on the elite update section at 27 you can enter brackenridge by joining a friend in elites

messes it up? I solo arena i am not full myth and i dont have any arcanes!

The level caps for elites are not the level you can enter them at. All the zone caps state are the highest the mobs will scale as well as the max level the loot will go. Level 40/41 is supposed to be required to enter any elite map.

When the arena is capped to 41, call me. i started soloing arena at 36 the trick is to act like you have 50 thumbs and be lightning fast on those pots! Bloodhammer still can kill me along with frostr but the others bow in my wake of attacks!
