Yeah, we got them once we capped. It wasn't really random. This was before people complained about them and they changed it to the other cap helm.

Shiloo, Multi, ovocotto, Farak, Dollo, lakandula thats the ones I know. If I recall correctly, this helm was there for 4 days it is why Egg was made for people who capped in first 4 days.

no. this helmet was supposed to be the regular helmet for when you capped and everyone complained about how ugly it was so they changed it. I wanted this so bad. I grinded for it and i was like 20k away before they changed it......
