What skill do you use?

I know it's all situational. But primarily, what is the first skill you use when you're rev'd in the middle of a fight? And why?
On bear, I usually go with hell scream for my first, and try to get my dodge buffs in.

Well it depends. If I'm in a group of opponents along with my teammates, then with bird I usually just do shatter blast.

Not exactly, the other team would be targeting your teammates so you'll be fine for a second or two unless the other team uses their aoes

Mana Shield > Vitality Buff > Heal > Strength buff > other spells to follow
