Actually they cant modify their stats.....
Shes using modified armour, custom made :)
Flip in star legends used to use those 'moded' operative guns on his 'engineer' class toon and they gave him god like stats..

She doesnt carry those stats always. Maybe she has to check out some bugs or working in elite maps in minimum time
