Apologies for missing the Party Hats - working toward Easter

Hey everyone,

My apologies for not re-upping the 2013 Party Hats out for the 4 Year Birthday. This is my fault. I had intended to get them hooked up, but didn't get it together in time. Rather than keep beating on that front, I'm switching gears to work on getting the Spring Chicken and the Easter quests and bunny hats hooked up to go out next week. That is always a fun event!

Can u make a new quest other than the old ones, something like involving walking a path through alterra and killing a few bosses. The same stuff every year gets boring and a new reward would be cool too :). Anyways it's cool you're working on pl, whatever you do I hope its gonna be fun.

Will we get The partyhats later along the lines or do we not get them at all? If we do get them later, will they be recolored? It will be a shame if we don't get to get any :/
