Picture Signature Help

I need some help with my picture signature. I made one and I love it. It is very similar to the bird one with the name but has a bear. I made it but I keep on getting the message that says it's too big. I am using an iPad and I believe it has a ton more pixels but I need help!

Has to be 15kbs 100x500 pixels wich ever is smaller you can try changing the format ( say to jpeg if it isn't already) to making it smaller if your photo editor has a resize feature that let you change the quality to reduce the memory size.

If you don't have a photo editor paint.net is free and let's you save like I stated. That's what I used.

Here Just save images hopefuly this helps. Would have done it sooner but was lazy. lol
Don't know where you got your image mines not quite the same but hopefuly it works for you.
